Matrix: How do you search for 55+ communities?

This article will show you how to search for properties that are within a senior community (Example - Age 55+, 62+, 65+). 

1) From the Pro Dashboard go to Matrix. You can also go to Search and then click Matrix.

2) On the Search criteria page scroll down to the bottom left (Under results) you will see Additional Fields. Click on Add

3) In the list of Available fields Find the field called “Restrictions” and double click on it.

3a. Find the field called “Restrictions” and click on it.  Next, click on the Add button located to the right. You will then see the Restrictions field show up on the right side under Selected Fields. Then click the "Back" button at the bottom left to go back to the criteria page.

4) You should now have the field “Restrictions” located at the bottom of the screen under Additional Fields with a list of different Restrictions options, including Age Restrictions.

5) You can select/highlight the appropriate field you wish. If you wish to select multiple fields in this box, please hold down your Control Key (For PC), or the Command Key (For Mac) and then click the different choices you wish to include.
