Good news is that our subscribers can use ShowingTime to schedule appointments on listing from the reciprocal agents.
From the web at www.showingtime.com or via your mobile from your phones App store.
Once you have created a profile w/ShowingTine you can “schedule a showing” for properties in the ShowingTime system.
MLS number seems to work best and do not use the alpha prefix such as BE, ME, CC etc.

Did you know? ShowingTime allows you to easily search listings and schedule appointments on listings from nearby MLSs that also subscribe to ShowingTime, services through desktop, tablet or the ShowingTime app.
Method 1: Login to your MLS and click the ShowingTime link to access your ShowingTime for the MLS setup. Once in ShowingTime, click on the “Showings” tab from the side menu and then on “Make New Request.” Using the search bar, search for the listing you’d like to schedule a showing on by address or listing ID. For more search filters, click on “Advanced Search.” Click on the listing and follow the prompts to submit your request. With ShowingCart®, you can type the listing ID in the top search box or click “Add Listing Stop” to search for a listing you’d like to add. A pop-up will appear where you can search listings by listing ID or address —street number, street name or city. Not only will you be able to view listings in your MLS, but listings from nearby MLSs as well. Method 3: You can search and schedule appointments through the app by tapping on “Schedule a Showing” under the Showings section in the sidebar.
