Speedbar Search:

If you are searching multiple classes using the Speedbar, please remember by default the search parameters will default to SFR/TH (Single Family/Townhouse). You will need to enter XPROP if you wish to search across all available Property Classes.. For example, you may want to enter “XPROP A EL Camino Real” if you are searching for any Class that’s Active on El Camino Real. Or you can enter “COMM A $1500000+ Area 1″ if you are searching for an Active, Commercial Property with a Price of $1,500,000 or more in Area
1.

A few Speedbar codes you can use  when searching  across multiple classes are,
  • RESI – Returns all Residential Listings
  • COMM- Returns all Commercial Listings
  • MF – Returns all Multi-Family Listings,

Searching by Listing #:

If the full number is not known, use the asterisk (*) as a wildcard. Example ML8143* for everything that starts with ML8143. If your searching by street name, and unsure of the spelling type in the first couple letters then (*). Matrix will search for listings w/a street name starting w/those few letters.
