How to Search for Bank Owned Properties
To search bank owned properties in Matrix search, you will need to add an additional field to the search criteria page:
- On the Matrix search page (under "Search" select the type of property you are looking for – residential, multi-family, mobile homes, etc…)
- Scroll to the bottom of the search page and click on "Additional Fields Add".
3) The name of the field you want to add is "Special (additional) Listing Info". Scroll down through the “Available Fields” in the left column, and select that field.
4) Click the "Add" button (between the two boxes)
5) Click the gray "Back" button (at the bottom of the page)
6) You will now see the "Special (additional) Listing Info" field under "Additional Fields" at the bottom of your search criteria page.
7) Scroll through the options in that field and select "REO/Bank Owned" (in addition to any other criteria that you may be looking for).
