Matrix: How to search by Lot Size

1. From the Pro Home Page click on Matrix Dashboard.

2. Once in Matrix click on the Search Tab.

3. Then click on the class of property your looking for. In this example we will be searching under Residential.

4. In the lot size field you enter 1000 to specify exactly 1000. Enter 1000-5000 to specify a range of 1000 to 5000. Use 1000+ for 1000 and more. Use 1000- for 1000 and less.

5. Select SqFt (Square Feet) or AC (Acres).
