Matrix: How to search by COE Date

1. From the Pro Home Page click on Search at the top of page and select Matrix in the drop down. 



2. Select Sold for Status and enter a date range or date in the COE Date field



Example = Use 01/01/2011+ to indicate 01/01/2011 and future
Example = Use 01/01/2011- to indicate 01/01/2011 and before

After you have entered all the preferred criteria, click Results at the bottom of the page.

COE date searches only apply to Sold listings, since pending or active listings do not have a COE date
