Updates to Aculist Disclosures - Draft Mode

Agents can now create a draft of the disclosures for a listing before the listing is live. In certain scenarios, it is beneficial to have all disclosures uploaded and available to review before a listing is published. Here is how it works: 

 

Note* There are no updates/changes to the process of adding disclosures to an on-market listing. 

 

1) From the Pro Dashboard, and under "Listings" select "Aculist Disclosures"

 

2) Aculist Disclosures will give an option to "Start a New Disclosure Package" and will display any current drafts:

3 Tabs:

  • Draft Disclosures (this section will show all the disclosures you’ve created that are in draft mode
  • On-Market Listings Disclosures (this section shows your on-market listings that have disclosures with Aculist)
  • On-Market Listings Disclosures (this section shows your on-market listings that don’t currently have disclosures)

 

3) To create disclosures, click on Start a New Disclosure Package

4) Type in the property address:

The system will find the address that can be selected, however, there will be a delay

Once you select the address and hit create, you will be taken to the dashboard for the disclosure.  Note: if system doesn’t find a typed address, you can still create a draft without the drop down menu appearing. 

 

Once created, it will look like the regular Aculist Disclosure page with the only difference being a button labelled “Link to On-Market Listing”.

Once you are ready to link your disclosure draft to an on-market listing, you can click the button and select your listing to link to.
