Aculist Disclosures 2.2 has Arrived
In response to subscriber feedback, we are pleased to announce the release of Aculist Disclosures 2.2, which includes the following features:
- Organized Sort Order for Disclosures: Listing agents will now have the ability to choose the order in which files appear. Buyers' agents can still sort by clicking on the column header, but the default order will be based on the listing agent's settings for that listing.
- Description Type, Easy Select: Listing agents will no longer need to scroll to select disclosure types. They can simply type keywords, and the system will display matching description types, streamlining the selection process.
- Notification Popup for New Disclosures: When a buyer's agent or client visits the Aculist Disclosure page for the first time, they will receive a popup asking if they want to be notified of disclosure changes for the property. This feature aims to enhance user experience and communication.
- Email Alerts with Agent Information: In email alerts, we will now include agent information such as name, email, license number, and office affiliation. This addition provides recipients with more context and facilitates smoother interactions.
