How to Generate an Agent Productivity Report
All members of MLSListings have access to Agent Productivity through the “Agent Search” function.
- From the MLSListings Pro Home Page, click on the “Agent Search” button.
- To generate a productivity report for an individual agent, simply enter the DRE # of the agent in the “Lic #” field.
- When you click on “Results”, you will see the Agent name and the search option for “All Listings as LA/CoLA” on the right.
- OR, by clicking directly on the Agent’s name, it will take you to a screen with more options.
- When you click on one of the blue links on the right, it will take you to a traditional Results page.
- You may want to adjust the “Display” so that you can maximize the number of results you can see.
- Select the listings you are interested in by clicking the check box on the left of each listing.
-
- Then click on “Export” in the green navigation bar across the bottom of the page.
This will export a CSV document which you can further format using Excel or Sheets.
- If you would like to see productivity for the entire office, search by “Broker Code” and “Branch Num” rather than individual “Lic #”.
- After you click on “Results”, then click on the blue link for the name of the office.
- You will see links to view all listings for the office, or only the Active listings.
