Reporting a listing Sold/Leased with No Buyer Agent

If you need to report a listing as sold, or a rental as leased and there was not a buyers agent that represented that buyer or renter you can still close the listing out.
 

  1. Log in to www.pro.mlslistings.com

 

  1. Go to Manage Listings

 

  1. Click Contingent or Pending to pull up the listing you need to close out

 

  1. Click Select an Action, then click Change Status to the right

 

  1. Click Sold or Leased for New Status

 

  1. When entering the Buyer’s Agent License Number, type in eight zeros (00000000) Then click a blank space on the screen. You will see the following pop-up screen (see below). Click Confirm in the pop up






 

  1. This will add the following info shown below as the Buyer’s Agent/Office



 

  1. Enter the rest of the correct selling information and click Update at the bottom
