LM: Sale Date Change

After a listing is reported as Sold, you are no longer able to make any changes to it. Sometimes, the Sale Date was input incorrectly by mistake and needs to be corrected. This is a system generated date, and normally is not changed. If you need us to correct the Sale Date for you, please provide the following:
1. A request letter or note with the MLS# of the listing to be corrected.
2. The Purchase Agreement contract.
Please be sure to have your request signed by the Broker of your Office, as we will be unable to process your request without signatures. Your request will then go through our Compliance Department for authorization to allow this change.
