Matrix: How to search Matrix for an agents production (Listing Agent, Selling Agent)

Option 1:

1) From Pro Dashboard, hover over Search, then click Matrix

 

2) From Matrix, hover over SEARCH

3) We recommend to search by Lic # or by First Name and Last Name.  Then click Results to view list of agent(s)




4) Click on agent's name.




5) To the right is the list of reports to choose from.

•  To view all listings as Listing Agent and Co-Listing Agent, click the link labeled 'Listings as LA/CoLA'.
• To view all listing where the agent was either the Buyers Agent or Co Buyers Agent click the link labeled as "BA/COBA"
• To view all listings both Listing side and Buyer side click the link labeled Listings as LA/CoLA/BA/CoBA 

Option 2:

1) Go to Search and then Cross-Property Search Criteria Page 




2) Next, you will need to add the fields listed below

3) Once these fields are added you will perform 2 separate searches using the same License #. 

Search 1- List Agent Lic # 

Search 2- Selling Agent Lic #  

**Note** Searching both fields at the same time will only return listing results in which the agent double-ended the deal and was listed as both the Listing and Selling Agent.  


Once Listings are Selected, you can then EXPORT to a .CSV Excel file where you can combine the two searches into one list.
