LM: How to Upload Photos and Photo Management

Photo Upload information for MLSListings

Max file size limit per photo = 10MB

For Pixel size = Per our engineering team, There's no pixel dimension limit on our end. The photo uploader will NOT reject a photo based on the resolution. It's always file size of a photo. A safe photo target range size for photos: 4-6MB per, photo (leaves room and covers everything we'll display)

If you need a photo resolution sweet spot = Use anywhere between 3000-4000 pixels wide.


IMPORTANT INFORAMATION about file upload of listing photos

For our Listing Management System, we do not store original image size you uploaded. The system will ALWAYS optimize all uploaded photos to an aspect ratio of 1440 pixels(wide) x 1080 pixels(height). So, as an example if you upload an photo that is 5000 pixels X 4000 pixels, our system will resize that photo to 1440 pixels X 1080 pixels for better optimization.

Wider Screen
30% more workspace, allowing you to see more of your photo selections in a larger format.

 
Drag/drop your photos or click to upload photos anywhere in the box.

Easily Adjust Gallery Order
Click on the photo number (in upper left corner), type in a new number and it will automatically move to that position.

Also, the “Cover Photo” is now positioned at the top.

Custom Captions
Click on “Edit/View Photo” for a more detailed look and to add captions.

 
You have up to 100 characters of text to write your captions.

The first 2 words will display on the photo in Listing Management.

The full caption will show up in Matrix below the image on the Agent/Client Full report, client portal and pop-out images.
