LM: Entering a Discrete Listing
Entering a listing without the street number has it's drawbacks. It really messes with syndication because most syndication sites map using an address. Chances are that if you don't enter the street number, it won't show up at all on public sites like Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com.
One solution would be to enter the full address, but select "Internet - NO" under Distribution Preferences, with strict instructions not to bother the occupants.
This would keep the listing from syndicating to any of the public sites. MLSListings members would still be able to see the full address in Matrix.
Other solutions:
Under Distribution Preferences, when you select "Internet -YES", the next field asks how you want the address to display.
There are 3 options:
1. Full address - Street Number, street name, unit number, city, state and zip will show.
2. Partial address - NO STREET NUMBER, but the street name, city and zip will show.
3. No address - Only the City and zip will show (NO street number, NO street name or unit number).
With options 1 and 2, the listing should still syndicate to the public sites like Zillow and Redfin.
An example can be seen here:

With option 3, the listing may not syndicate to Zillow or Redfin, at all, but the MLSListings public site (www.mlslistings.com) would display something like this:
https://www.mlslistings.com/Property/ML81768018/address-not-disclosed-pebble-beach-ca-93953
For any of the options 1-3, members of MLSListings will see the full address when viewing the listing in Matrix.
