How to Opt-In to Syndication Sites

In order for a listing to syndicate to a website (such as Zillow), the Broker will need to Opt-In for distribution to that site. CoreLogic InfoNet, MOVE Sites (Including Realtor.com and FIND), and RPR are opted-in by default. To have your listings syndicate to additional sites, the Broker will need to follow the steps below:

1. Log-in to your MLSListings account.
2. Click on the “Broker Center” tab (in the upper right).

3. Select the desired office from the “All Offices” drop-down menu

           
           Do not select an office with a Broker Code that begins with a “Q_”.
           Those are reciprocal offices that show up when you are a member of more than one MLS.
           Syndication will not happen from reciprocal offices.
 

4. In the upper portion, Check the box for each website or service you wish to have your listings syndicated to.
5. In the lower portion, Uncheck the box for each website or service you DO NOT wish to have your listings syndicated to.

6. Click on “Submit” to save your changes.
