Opt-In Data Feeds
Opt-In Data feeds are available as RETS only.
Opt-In - The Opt-In data feed is IDX level data. If your product is consumer-facing (ie- for more than just agents or brokers), you will only be able to use the opt-in feed. Unlike our standard data feeds, the RETS Opt-In feed requires brokers to check a box in their Broker Control Center for any listings to appear in the data feed.
Products that DON’T require a RETS Opt-In feed:
- Agent/broker websites
- Agent/broker branded mobile apps
Products that DO require a RETS Opt-In feed:
- Consumer search portals
- Listing syndication services
- Consumer facing mobile apps
