Broker Control Center FAQ"

Based on subscriber feedback, we completely redesigned the user interface of our Broker Control Center (BCC) so that it is more in line with other applications in the new Pro Dashboard. Additionally, it is now fully responsive and will properly display on any desktop or mobile device.

We also used this opportunity to work with our Compliance/Legal teams to review and update all related content in the BCC. 

Clicking on either of these two entry points opens a new tab with the new BCC app. 

Updated “Listing Opt In” Page 

With its refreshed user interface, the updated “Listing Opt In” page enables brokers to more easily update their listing syndication preferences. Brokers may now save their preferences to all of their offices, resolving a previous user pain point.

Updated “IDX Opt In” Page 

We improved the user experience both before and after save on the “IDX Opt In” page, so users are made fully aware that IDX preference changes can only be made every 6 months. The page clearly indicates the next available date IDX preferences can be made online both before and after changes are saved.

Updated “Listing Copyright” Page

The page layout was redesigned to make it easier to read and act upon. It now displays the Listing Copyright option the broker previously selected during the Enrollment Process, and allows users to easily change their selection here.
