Broker Control Center Instructions & Terms of Service

As an MLSListings Inc. Broker Participant, or an approved Office Manager, you are authorized to opt in to data feeds for websites and/or syndication partners with which MLSListings Inc. has a valid data licensing agreement. These optional websites and/or syndication partners are displayed on the Broker Control Center tab of the MLSListings website.

By checking the associated box, you are requesting, and therefore granting authorization for, MLSListings to provide your firm’s listing information and related photos and/or images on your behalf to the specified destination. Your selections will apply to all offices shown in the drop-down menu if “All Offices” is selected, or will apply to individual offices, as identified by your selection.

By clicking “Submit” to enter your selections, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

I understand that I am authorizing MLSListings to provide Active, Contingent, Pending, and Sold listing statuses only for listings associated with the offices under my control, including listings categorized as Members Only Plus. 

I understand that the use and display of listing information is at all times subject to the current MLS Rules & Regulations and that, as Broker Participant, I am responsible for compliance.

I understand that once my selection is submitted, MLSListings will have authorization to begin immediately distributing my office/s listings to those sites and/or partners selected. (Note: Although listings will be become available for distribution immediately, when making changes to your options, it may take-up to twelve hours (12) for your listings to be added to or removed from these websites.)

I understand that once a syndication service distributes my listing data to a third party, MLSListings is no longer able to enforce intellectual property rights or monitor copyright infringement issues, nor is MLSListings responsible for managing the accuracy of the data. I also understand that my listings may be included in syndication products and may be visible on public websites other than real estate sites.

If ListHub is selected, I understand that in order for my listings to syndicate, I must also create an account with ListHub. (Go to ListHub.com, click “Create Account” and follow onscreen instructions.)

If MOVE, Inc sites (including REALTOR®.com Professional Search and REALTOR®.com) is selected, I understand that I am opting in to have my listings displayed on ALL sites associated with MOVE, Inc,

I understand that online newspapers may elect to display only listings within their service areas. Opting in to their syndication datafeed does not guarantee that my listing/s will be displayed on their sites.

Cancellation: I understand that this authorization will remain in effect for as long as the website or syndication partner is an authorized data partner in good standing with MLSListings and Broker Participant is an MLSListings subscriber in good standing, or until Broker Participant or Office Manager submits changes to the opt-in selections using the Broker Control Center.
