Aligned Showings Demo (Video)
In response to subscriber feedback, MLSListings partnered with MLS Aligned as they developed their new showing management tool, Aligned Showings, another included benefit for MLSListings subscribers available at no extra cost.
Aligned Showings Overview
Aligned Showings enables listing agents and buyers’ agents to connect to schedule home showings. In addition to easily scheduling showings, the tool provides a way to quickly communicate with other agents to ask questions or follow up after a showing.
The tool is integrated into Listing Management for listing agents and Matrix for buyer’s agents who want to schedule a showing.

Listing Side
To access, go to Listing Management
*Must have an Active Listing
*In the "For Agents" Section of the listing, select "Yes" to:
"Participate in Aligned Showings for Showings?"
Click on "Select an Action" next to your listing then "Manage Showings" in the drop-down menu.
Under "Edit Details" there are 4 sections where you can:
1) Listing Setup
A) Allow Property to be Shown (Yes/No)
B) Allow Overlapping Appointments (Yes/No)
C) Set Appointment Duration (10min-60min)
D) Choose Appointment Approval types (Instant or Required)
E) Add Additional Logistics (Showing Arrangement, Request Callback, Additional Instructions)
2) Office Involvement
A) Add/Remove a Contact
B) Enter Team Instructions
3) Seller/Tenant Involvement (Optional)
A) Add Seller/Tenant
B) Assign Seller/Tenant Appointment Approval
4) Time/Date Restrictions (Optional)
A) Block-off Dates/Times Showings are unavailable
Alerts- Review Showing Requests
Messages- View Conversations
Calendar- View all Showings (Requested, Approved, Cancelled, Declined, Expired) in one Calendar View.
Reports- View a graph of Showing Activity
Buyers Side
To access, open the listing in Matrix in "Agent Full" display
Click "Schedule a Showing" below the Property Photo to:
1) Select Showing Date from Calendar
2) Select Time & Appointment Length
3) Review & Send Showing Request
Aligned Showings Messages
Communication between agents is done via email or the Messages window within Aligned Showings. The Messages window will contain a history of the conversation between you and the listing agent. The Messages window looks like this for a buyer’s agent:
