LM: Report A Closed Sale as "Sold"

Congratulations on closing the sale! Now lets get your listing closed out on the MLS system. 

1) From the Pro Dashboard go to My Listings (Blue tool bar).

2) Go to Contingent or Pending (whatever status the listing currently is in) to see the listing you wish to close out.

3) Click on Change Status.

4) From inside the Change Status page, select Sold as the New Status. 

5) Enter in all the correct selling information.

Note the asterisks (*) that appear. These indicate which fields are required for you to report your listing as Sold (See screen shot below). Please provide all required information. 

5a. Enter the Number of Offers Received (optional). 

5b. Verify the Close of Escrow date and update as needed. 

5c. Enter the Sale Price.

5d. Buyer Financing.

5e Enter The Sell Agent BRE which should be located on your Purchase Agreement.

5f. If there is a Co-Selling Agent, enter the information the same as the Selling Agent information.

8) Optional - If you wish the photos to be hidden on public sites (Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow, Etc) check the box right above Update.

***Please note***  Hide photos is for Public sites only. Photos will still be viewable in Matrix that only Agent and Brokers access. If you checked to hide photos, please allow public sites 24-48 hours to update their site and remove photos.

7) Click on Update at the bottom.
