Santa Clara County

Santa Clara County did not quite reach the record highs we saw in other counties, but a powerful second half of the year packed a punch.

San Mateo County

Would you believe that in a year with no open houses and limited showings San Mateo County could see all-time median prices in both the common interest and single-family markets?

Well, that’s exactly what happened.

Get the details in the San Mateo County Market Minute video.

Santa Cruz County

Santa Cruz County in 2020 was spectacular for home sellers, while the all-time high median prices and sale-to-list price ratio increases coupled with low inventory and ever-shrinking Days on Market (DOM) made it tough on home buyers.

When did we see peaks in 2020 and what questions do we have for 2021?

Learn the answers by watching the Santa Cruz County Market Minute video.

Monterey County

The pandemic did not slow down home sellers in Monterey County at all. But unfortunately for home buyers, we saw increases in median prices and price over ask for the better part of the year.

What did the median price get you in this diverse county and what are we looking at with respect to inventory in 2021?

Find out in this month’s Monterey County Market Minute video.

San Benito County

There was a bit more volatility in the San Benito County real estate market because of the 2020 pandemic, among other factors, compared to other parts of the Bay Area.

Still, with an all-time high price in the single-family market, low inventory and historically low Days on Market (DOM), what trends did we find?

Get the scoop by watching this month’s San Benito County Market Minute video.
