Market Minute Videos: July 2024

It looks like we may have seen the spring to early summer peak of new listings and closed sales around the Bay Area with transactions slowing in several MLSListings counties. Inventory and Days on Market (DOM) are up nearly across the board, but other data signals consistent competition. With median prices and sale to list price ratios on the decline in some areas, but relatively high when compared to prior years, we will have to wait and see whether these changes are seasonal or something more.
