Realist (from CoreLogic) is a public record database that seamlessly integrates with MLSListings as an included subscriber benefit. It allows you to quickly research properties and listings, assess market conditions and trends, value homes, identify comparable sales, market to buyers and sellers, and create custom exports.

• Use Sell Score just like other search criteria to narrow your search results
• Set minimum thresholds, search operators, and other standard parameters

• Export results
