Customize Matrix Stats

Procedure:

1) From the Matrix Dashboard click on the Stats Tab at the top of the page.

2) Click on the Customized tab

3) Select your Time Frame. Selecting Custom here allows you to set the starting month and year and ending month and year.

4) Select the Statistic report you want (Example – List Price Average, or Sale price Average) 

 5) Select how you want to group the data by (Example – by Month, By Year, Etc.).

6)  Enter your Search Criteria such as Building Type, Location, Building Description, Etc.

 7) Click on Generate to view your results.

8). When viewing the report you will see tabs in the upper right. Here is where you can click "Data" to see the raw data and give you the ability to export that data out as a CSV file. You will see "Chart" showing the data in a chart style, and  "Criteria" which allows you to go back and edit/change the criteria.

 NOTE - If you edit the crieria make sure to hit Genterate again.  

9). If you wish you can print or email this report.. 

10) If your emailing this report to someone. As an option, when on the email page, check the box to "Include Tabular Data"

 Optional - You can save this customized statistic report under My Presets for future use.

• After you have run your stats report, click on the Save tab.
• Type in a Name for your saved Preset. (Optional) If you have entered search criteria, you can check the box next to “Save Search Criteria with Preset” to save the search criteria you entered with your Preset. You can also check “Show on Home Page Stats Widget” if you would like to save this customized Preset under the Home Page.
• Then click Save.
