How to add the "Sell Score" field in Realist

How to add the “Sell Score” field to Realist
To use the new “Sell Score” search capability in Realist, you will first need to add it as a custom field.
  1. From the MLSListings pro home page, click on the “Realist” button on the right side of the page.
To have the ability to add the “Sell Score” field, you can only have one county selected. If you have more than one county selected, you will first need to de-select any counties you are not currently searching.
  1. Click on “Change County” above the “My Search” tab in the left side of the page
               
  1. To remove the unneeded counties: Under “Selected Counties” on the right side of the page, click on the “X” next to any county that is not needed for your current search

Once you have only one county selected, you will then be able to add “Sell Score” as a custom field.
 
  1. Click on the "My Search" tab (left side of the page)
  2. Click on "Customize Search"      
  3. Click on "Sales Information" under Categories (on the left side), and then select "Sell Score"
               

You will now find the field “Sell Score” at the bottom of your “My Search” tab.
To search for properties within a range of sell score values:
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to “is” and change it to “is between”
