Matrix/Realist Workflow Upgrade

CoreLogic streamlined the connection between Matrix and Realist. 

Previously, when Matrix users clicked the Realist link in a listing, Matrix displayed a summary of the Realist property information in a bare-bones HTML format.  
 

Old Workflow 
 

Now, Matrix users are taken directly to the full property details report in Realist instead.
 

New Workflow 
 

The full Realist report displays all the available property information in a modern, responsive format that looks good on any device, with one-click access to additional options and features like printing, emailing, comparables, market trends, neighborhood information, maps, hazards and risks, Sell Score, and much more.  

This upgrade enhances user workflow by creating a seamless link between Matrix and everything Realist has to offer.
