With the number of transactions increasing in most of our Bay Area counties, the question was whether median prices would rise or fall as we move into June. In the single family market, we found median prices were mixed in our core counties, while in the common interest markets, median prices declined. Inventory continues to increase but the number of Days on Market varied on different parts of the Bay Area.
