IDX Data Feeds

*IDX & IDX+ Datafeed selections are available as RETS or API

IDX Feed - Will contain access to approximately 95 property fields. Includes access to 10 classifications of properties. Access to listings with a status of Active, Contingent, Pending, and Sold (Sold listings date back a maximum of 3 years). Typically used for public facing products and websites. 

IDX+ Feed - Includes listing data from MLSListings and potentially can include listing data from 8 of its datashare partners. Including but not limited to Metrolist, CRMLS, Bay East, SFAR, BARIES, Contra Costa, bridgeMLS, and TheMLS. A vetting process is required and managed by MLSListings.
