VOW Data Feeds
There are two significant differences between an IDX website/product and a VOW website/product:
2) consumer registration is a requirement for VOW.
VOW Feed – VOW or Virtual Office Website. VOW feeds contain access to approximately 135 property fields and has more school data, which IDX does not have. VOW can be either a broker or agent website or product that allows consumers or clients access to non-confidential property information. VOW has access to 10 classifications of properties as well as access to listings with a status of Active, Contingent, Pending, and Sold (Sold listings date back to 1998).
VOW+ Feed - Includes listing data from MLSListings and potentially can include listing data from 8 of its datashare partners. Including but not limited to Metrolist, CRMLS, Bay East, SFAR, BARIES, Contra Costa, bridgeMLS, and TheMLS. A vetting process is required and managed by MLSListings.
