Matrix: How to View Aculist Disclosures

Accessing Disclosures

Members can access disclosures by clicking on the disclosure icon or URL from report in matrix.

1. From Pro Dashboard, hover over Search, then click Matrix

2. In Matrix, run a search for the property you are looking for disclosure (Search by MLS # or by property address).  Then click Results

3. From Results page, Agent 1 Line, click on disclosure icon (stack of papers) to the far right of the listing

You can also view disclosures from Agent Full Report.  Click listing number to view in Agent Full

Then, click disclosure icon under map

Or scroll down the report and click on disclosure URL
