Correct Selling Info

Sold information can be corrected by agent within 10 days from closed date.

Listings older than 10 days past closing date, please submit an online Help Case and upload any documntation found under Help 

Include the following in the email:

  • Listing Number
  • Property Address
  • Copy of the Final Statement, HUD or Closing Statement (for Sale Price, Close date)
  • Copy of the Purchase Contract (for buyer agent)


1.  From Pro Dashboard, hover over Listings, then click Manage Listings

2. Click Closed.  Then Click plus sign (+) in front of listing number

4.  Click Correct Selling Info

5. Make correction(s), then click Update to save
