Aligned Showings Update - Multiple Offices
Previously, the Aligned Showings System was NOT designed to work with Customer accounts associated with multiple offices. Aligned Showings has since updated their system and implemented a way for members associated with multiple offices to switch accounts, once in the Aligned Showings program. Below are Screen Shots and instructions on how agents with multiple offices can switch accounts in Aligned Showings.
Agents/Brokers that are affiliated with multiple offices now have the ability to impersonate their alternate accounts in Aligned Showings.
- From the Pro Home Page go to "My Listings" or "Manage Listings."
- Go to your Active Listings and under “Select an Action” click “Manage Showings”
- Once in Aligned Shows, go to "Contacts."
- From the navigation ribbon click “My Accounts”.
- Click the eye icon next to the alternate account.
- Click “Yes Work As”
- The listing will now be available to edit showing info.
