Adding a Co-Listing Agent
This article will show you the process on adding a Co-Listing Agent to your listing (In a draft or active listing).
1) From the Pro Dashboard go to My Listings, or Listings then Manage Listings.
**PLEASE NOTE***
If the Co Listing Agent is from a different MLS system (Like SFAR, Bay East, Metrolist, Etc.), currently these agents will need to be added to your listing by our engineering team. Please send an email to support@mlslistings.com. Please provide the MLS# and property address as well as a copy of the Listing Agreement showing both agents on the agreement. Our engineering team will add the Co-Listing Agent and Office information to your listing for you. Once this is done an email will be sent back to you.
If you're adding a Co-Listing Agent to draft.
2) Under Manage Listings Go to Drafts and click Edit Drafts.
3) Under Start a Listing you will see Co-Listing Agent's License #. Type in the agents DRE# and click a blank space on the screen. The system should auto fill in that agent name and office info.
3a) You can now finish up this draft. If you wish to make this draft go Live, go to very bottom and click Verify. If no error click on Create Listing
If you're adding a Co-Listing Agent to an already Active listing.
4) Under Manage Listings, go to Active (Left side), then go to Edit Listing.
5) Under Start a Listing you will see Co-Listing Agent's License #. Type in the agents DRE# and click a blank space on the screen. The system should auto fill in that agent name and office info.
6) Scroll to the very bottom and click on "Verify" If no errors, then click on "Update Listing"
