Resize and Upload Agent Photo

MLSListings allows an agent photo to be uploaded on your account. Your agent photo will appear on certain items that you send out from MLSListings, such as Reports and emails. The agent photo can add a more personal touch when you send listings out to your clients.

The agent photo has a specific size requirement. This is in place to ensure that the format and placement of the agent photo appears standard and consistent on every report and email. The requirement is 115 x 145 pixels.

Sometimes getting your photo into this specific size is difficult. Many photo editing programs like to keep the aspect ratio of your image the same, so that the photo does not appear skewed. While this is a nice feature to have, it can get in the way when uploading an agent photo.

Uploading your agent photo

Now that you have resized your agent photo, it can be uploaded onto your My Info page.

1. Starting from the Pro Dashboard, hover over Profile near the top of the page, then click Photo.        




2. Click Update Photo

For best results, here are some recommendations:

  • We accept .PNG, or .JPG formats.
  • The minimum file dimensions should be 180px (width) x 240px (height).
  • The maximum file size should be no more than 10MB.
  • We suggest that you take your photo in portrait mode with 3:4 aspect ratio.
  • Your profile photo will be used on all of the Aculist reports, as well as on the mlslistings.com public web site.
  • If an image will be reproduced in printed reports, you'll need to upload a photo with the highest resolution possible so the image will not look pixelated.

Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes for your new agent photo to appear on Reports and emails.
