LM: Report A Pending Sale

If you are not near a computer or unable to change the status of a listing from Active to Pending and would like MLSListings Support Staff to report your listing as Contingent or Pending for you, please provide the following:

1. A signed and completed Status Change Form

2. The type of Pending Status on the request. Contingent or Pending.

3. Please make sure that your request is signed, as we will be unable to process the request without signatures.

4. Email request to support@mlslistings.com. Please allow 24 hours to be processed
