Realtor.com Professional Search: Nationwide Property Searches for Agents

The newly launched Realtor.com Professional Search – a replacement for the Find application – leverages the technology of realtor.com® while delivering a best-in-class professional search experience.

As an MLSListings subscriber, you are granted free, unfettered access to Professional Search’s powerful, robust, and intuitive search engine and realtor.com data sets in order to perform nationwide property searches using a simple natural language search (e.g., “3 bedroom homes for sale in San Jose with a pool and deck”).

While designed with a similar look and feel as the realtor.com consumer website, Professional Search is purpose-built exclusively for use by agents. In fact, information not available to the public can be found for a given property listing – such as possible multiple MLS entries, previous sale data, median price comparisons, public records, tax information, listing history, nearby home values, and more.

Advanced Professional Search Features

Here is a list of the advanced features available to you in Professional Search:

  • Search by owner name
  • Search for Sold properties by sold date range
  • Additional features and amenities in search criteria selection, similar to MLS advanced search
  • Identifies if a property is listed in multiple MLS’s
  • Estimated Value of the subject property based on surrounding properties
  • Last sale price and sold date
  • Owner name(s) with links to all properties owned by that party
  • Comparisons
    • % higher or lower than nearby properties
    • Price difference from last sold date
    • Neighborhood median price listing price
    • Neighborhood median price per square foot
    • Neighborhood median sold price
    • % higher or lower price per sq. ft. than nearby properties
  • Property photos grouped by rooms
  • Last mortgage amount (if available)
  • Public Records
  • Legal & Miscellaneous Info
  • Listing History including up to 10 years of listing changes, providing public remarks and photos used in the respective phase of a property’s history
  • Private listing data when searching in local MLS

Accessing Professional Search

Realtor.com Professional Search is accessed by logging in to the Pro website and clicking the new “Realtor.com Professional Search” button in the right column.
