Pro Sites Updates: Report Violations / Access to Other MLS Data

New Pro Dashboard 

A new “MLS Rules” top navigation item was added in between the existing “Support” and “Profile” items. The new “MLS Rules” dropdown menu includes three navigation items (“Report Violations”, “MLS Rules & Regulations”, and “Members Only” which take users to the corresponding pages in the Pro Support Community site.

Clicking on the Report Violations or MLS Rules & Regulations links opens a new tab displaying the “Rules & Compliance” page from the Pro Support Community site.

2) Access to Other MLS Data

All MLS data (Listings) from other MLS system like Bay East/BridgeMLS (aka Paragon - Alameda and Contra Costa Counties), Metrolist (Sacramento area, Central Valley), SFAR (San Francisco), BAREIS (North Bay - Marin, Napa, Santa Rosa, Sonoma), CRMLS (Mostly S. California), are now all in our Matrix program. You simply need to go to Matrix from the New Pro Dashboard, as if you were searching for listings like in San Jose, San Mateo, Etc. and run your search like normal. You no longer need to leave our MLS system.
