New PEAD-V Integration in Matrix

Covid-19 has resulted in countless challenges for agents across California. One of the more complex impediments is the new compliance requirements for showings, namely the Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration - Visitor (PEAD-V) form. Given that each visitor to a property must sign a PEAD-V form and deliver it electronically to the listing agent in advance of a visit, it creates a significant burden for agents on both sides of a transaction.

To help solve this problem, MLSListings and Glide have teamed up to give you a fast and easy way to stay compliant and protect your clients – by integrating PEAD-V forms in Matrix.

**Note: You must be a California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) member to log into Glide.

Here is the user flow:

1. Click on “Use PEAD in Glide During COVID-19”.

2. Securely sign into Glide though MLSListings.

3. Select the Buyer Agent who will be visiting the property (the agent will need to enter their info the first time, because an assistant or transaction coordinator may subsequently access). Once you click on Add, you can select from the list or click “Create new contact”.  Note: You can add more than one Buyer Agent.

4. Add a Buyer. You can select from your list if you’ve worked with clients in the past or add a new one by clicking on “Create new contact”.

5. Select the property you want to tour.  If nothing is there, you can click on “Add a Property”.  Note: You can add multiple properties.

6. Make sure the Agent(s), Buyer(s) and Other Entrant(s), if applicable, are all there.  If needed, you can add more.
