Adjust Errors in Original List Price

In response to subscriber feedback, agents will now be able to adjust initial input errors on the Original List Price in their new listing (within 3 days of submission).

Previously, if an agent entered the wrong price, there would be no way for them to adjust it. They could edit the price, but the Original List Price would still show. Now, agents can adjust the price and the system will update the Original List Price and modify the history so that it does not appear as a price increase/decrease.

** Note that the price adjustment will be displayed on Matrix, but not necessarily on external sites such as Zillow and others as they create their own history. You may need to contact those downstream sites directly for the price adjustment to be displayed properly.

Moreover, agents are now able to change their condo to townhouse or their townhouse to condo – which was previously not possible – by editing their listing and changing the subclass within 3 days of submission; they may also edit fields for Unit # and Listing type.

Additional Listing Management Updates

  • “Coming Soon” Bucket Removed: When Listing Management is opened, several buckets are displayed by status. The “Coming Soon” bucket is now eliminated, inasmuch as Coming Soon listings are no longer in our system.

  • Action Menu of Alerts Bucket Now Consistent with Other Buckets:  Previously, only a few Action options were available when viewing the Alerts bucket, compared to other buckets which had many more options. We are fixing this for consistency.

  • Fix DOM Bug When Converting a Listing from Members Only Show to Regular:  Previously, there was a bug that would import off market days when converting a Members Only Show listing to Regular, which caused DOM to stay at zero even though there should be a legitimate number. This bug is now fixed.
