Matrix: Transactions History Now Includes NORCAL/RECAL MLSs

In a newly released feature exclusive to MLSListings subscribers, History information in Matrix now includes transactions history from NORCAL/RECAL MLSs. This means that for any property’s history, in addition to MLSListings you can now see transactions that occurred in San Francisco Association of REALTORS®, Bay East Bay Association of REALTORS®, Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®, BridgeMLS, BAREIS MLS, and MetroList. CRMLS transactions will also be included. 

To view the full history for a property, click on the Clock icon.

Today, the history is much more complete. 

New History 

The enhanced History feature leverages the new RESO UPI standard for identifying unique properties. MLSListings is the first MLS in the nation to have the new RESO UPI standard in production. 

This is another example of MLSListings delivering value to its subscribers by providing a unique key to deeper and richer listing data.
