Listing Management is where MLSListings subscribers enter and maintain listings. The Listing Management application entails numerous capabilities, including features, remarks, photos, open houses, and syndication, among others.

After signing a Listing Agreement, a listing agent has three options: 1) Input a Regular Active listing, 2) Input a Members Only listing, or 3) File an Exclusion.

We Listen and Respond - Ongoing Listing Management Updates
We are constantly making updates to our Listing Management application based on usage and subscriber feedback.  As a Silicon Valley-based tech company, we both understand the unique, Northern California/Bay Area-specific needs of our subscribers and possess the talent pool to effectively meet those demands. MLSListings employs an agile, onsite software development team that can quickly respond to custom requests and swiftly make product modifications to accommodate the divergent requirements of our local market.

Our engineering team has proven experience in quickly adding new fields, continually refining and improving the user experience, and delivering subscriber-requested enhancements in an efficient and timely manner. Other MLSs rely on national vendors to make changes, which often takes  months or even years to accomplish what we can do in a short amount of time.
