How to Cancel My Subscription

As an MLSListings subscriber, you have the ability to manage your subscription from the "Pay My Bill" tab when clicking on your name/license number in the upper right corner of the Pro Dashboard.

The Manage Account page displays the your current subscription information and includes a "Cancel" button option.

After clicking cancel, a warning page will display with a notice if your account has any of the following: 

• Active Listings
• Assistant or Team Accounts
• For Brokers: Active Agent accounts

An optional reason for cancellation page provides MLSListings with valuable feedback to improve our products and services

You will have the option to "Cancel Immediately" (midnight of the current day) or "Cancel at End of Term", before their subscription renews. 

Note* MLSListings does not offer refunds, cancelling immediately will not issue a refund for the remaining subscription.

A final confirmation page will ask to confirm the cancellation before proceeding. After proceeding, any credit card information on file will be removed. If you chose to cancel immediately, you will still have access to the account until midnight.

Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation sent to the email on file for the account. 

If you have cancelled your account mistakenly, please contact our billing department at 408-874-0200 option 3 to be reinstated, your credit card information will be required to reinstate.

In the future users will also be able to modify their subscription from within their account.
