Yes, we recommend they do this in case they delete the email.

My client did not click on the link in the initial auto email to activate. How can I resend this to them?

You can resend the initial Welcome Email. Go to My Matrix and then click on Auto Emails. Choose the auto email you would like to Resend the Welcome email for. A sub-menu will appear, then click on Resend Welcome

I just revised the criteria on an auto email for my client and now they’re missing listings. Where did they go?
When you change the criteria on an existing auto email, the previous listings may no longer meet the new criteria. Therefore they are removed from the list, unless the listings were saved to the Favorites and Possibilities list prior to your making the change to the criteria.

Should I use the BCC option?
It is not necessary to BCC yourself on every email. Matrix has a Sent Email feature which tracts your email for both manual emails and auto-emails. If you would like to view your sent emails, go to My Matrix and then Sent Emails.

Can I CC and BCC myself when sending out emails?
We recommend that you do not CC & BCC yourself for a one-time email or auto-email. Many emails, such as Yahoo, Google, Hotmail, will flag this email as spam and therefore both you and all your clients will never receive it. We suggest you only use the CC option or BCC, but not both together.

If this happens, follow these steps:

1. Send a blank email to optin.mlsl@matrixemailer.com  from your email account that you have on file with us.

2. You will need to go into each of your auto emails and reactivate each auto email manually.

Is there a way to customize the columns in the portal?
No, your client will only be able to view the Client 1 Line, Client Full, Client Page, Client Thumbnail, and Open House Display.

How does the client portal work?
The portal will give your client the most up to date information about the listings you are sending them. In the portal, you client can mark one or more listings as Favorite, Possibilities and Discard. In addition, your client can click on the MLS# to view the Client Full Report. Your client can also click on the Earth icon to view the property on a map. They can also click on the Picture icon to view the picture(s). They also have the ability to click on the Film strip icon to view the virtual tours. Your client can also print the listing(s) and plot the listing(s) on a map.
