LM: Edit Public Remarks/Private Remarks

Edit Public Remarks/Private Remarks
Agent can edit remarks on Active, Active Contingent, Pending, Withdraw listings only.
Off-Market listings (Cancel, Sold, or Expired), agent will not be allowed to edit public
remarks or private remarks.

1. Go to your 'My Listings' page.
2. Locate the listing to revise.  Click 'Select an Action', click 'Edit Listing'.




3. Click on 'Marketing & Photos'.  Go to 'Public Remarks' and update remarks.









4. Click on “For Agents”.  Go to 'Private Remarks' and update remarks.









5. Scroll down and click on Verify then click on Update Listing Button.
