For Public Remarks 

Provide a venue of Description of property attributes.

Examples - Chefs kitchen, granite counter tops, 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, Open Floor plan, views, landscaped yard  

For Agent Remarks

Provide a venue for everything else.  

Examples - Disclosure info, email addresses, phone numbers, broker tour info, tenant info, security codes, escrow info, web addresses showing instructions.
