How to add Remarks/Comments to an existing Broker Tour

If you have added a broker tour and need to add remarks/comments after the tour has been added below are the steps to follow. You do not need to re-add the tour.


Add Remarks to existing Broker Tour

1) Log in to Pro.mlslistings.com

2) Go to My Listings or Manage Listings

 


3) On the left hand column, near the bottom, you will see "Tours" Click on Tours.

4) Find the MLS#/Address you wish to add remarks to.

5) On the right hand side click "Select an Action"

6) Click on "Edit Remarks"

7) Add your remarks then click the blue Submit button on bottom right. Please note you have a max of 78 characters (Which includes spaces) for Tour Remarks.

*** PLEASE NOTE ****

If the Association holding the Broker Tour have already pulled listings for their tour. Your updated remarks will not show on the tour sheet. They will show in Matrix, just not in the tour sheet. As the Associations do not re-pull listings.
