Areas / Area Changes
The area designations, boundaries, and maps have been determined by the area creation process instituted by the shareholder member Association, which serves the specific market area.
 

• Areas have been set and can only be changed by the process established by the shareholder member and their membership, which serves the area.
• Properties correctly assigned to an area, as determined by the established boundaries and maps, cannot be moved by the MLS.
• Any property that is identified as incorrectly assigned based on current boundaries will be moved into the correct area by the MLS. 
• If a subscriber has an area dispute, please escalate this case to the Director of Customer Support.
