Members Only PLUS Marketing Option FAQ
Market Your Listing Your Way
Our broker and agent community need marketing options that adapt to today's changing real estate landscape. That's why MLSListings is introducing Members Only PLUS, a broker-controlled option that expands how you can promote your Members Only listings.
For the first time, brokers who opt in can choose to syndicate Members Only listings to select third-party preview platforms, giving you additional opportunities to showcase properties to qualified audiences before they reach the public market.
As the industry continues to evolve, Members Only PLUS offers another solution in helping you tailor your marketing strategy, all while maintaining control over how Members Only listings are shared.
This new capability gives brokers greater flexibility in how listings are marketed while providing agents with more tools to support their clients' goals.
Your Broker is Required to Opt in for This to Be Available to You
This is an opt-in feature managed at the brokerage level.
If your broker elects to enable pre-market listing syndication, you will have the ability to decide whether to syndicate eligible pre-market listings to the platforms that have been approved.
If your broker does not opt in, this option will not be available to you, and pre-market listings from your office will not be syndicated.
I Do Not See the Syndication Options
If you do not see the Members Only PLUS option to syndicate your Members Only listing, please reach out to your broker or office manager. This would suggest that either your broker or office manager has either not yet set up their Members Only PLUS options, or they have elected not to make Members Only listings available for 3rd party portal preview pages.
While four third-party portal vendors have been confirmed as participants, Redfin is currently the only available option. We're waiting on the remaining vendors to finalize their agreements, so more options are coming soon. If your broker has opted in, those platforms will show up as options here as soon as they're available.
You Continue to Have a Choice
Even after your brokerage enables pre-market syndication, your agents remain in control of their individual listings.
Making a platform available simply gives agents the option to syndicate eligible pre-market listings. Agents are never required to syndicate and may choose not to share a listing with any of the approved platforms.

What Happens to the Data?
Once listing data is syndicated, MLSListings cannot control how third-party websites use or retain that information downstream.
However, MLSListings will stop providing data when a listing is no longer eligible for pre-market syndication. This includes when a listing:
1. Moves out of Members Only status
2. Changes to Contingent, Pending, or Sold
3. Is associated with a syndication option that you have not selected or later remove from your brokerage's settings
While we cannot guarantee when or how quickly third-party platforms remove previously received data, MLSListings will no longer distribute listing information once it is no longer eligible under your selected syndication preferences.
