Jordan Levine, Chief Economist from the California Association of Realtors (CAR) was our featured guest on Aculist’s Statistically Speaking series, highlighting critical real estate topics, and answering questions about Bay Area real estate.

Moderator, Mark Messimer, Director of Outreach, MLSListings Inc. led the discussion which included topics such as:
 
  • The effect of interest rates on the housing market.
  • Prices as affected by housing supply and demand.
  • Other market factors such as: insurance, taxes, affordability and more.
