Membership Checklist:
Joining as an Agent:
- Must have an active License on the California DRE with an Associated Brokerage Office.
- Broker must be an Active Subscriber to MLSListings

Update License info via e-Licensing
Joining as a Broker:
- Must have an active License on the California DRE with a Physical Office Address
Update License info via e-Licensing
Joining as a Appraiser:
- Must have an active license on the California BREA
- Head Appraiser must be an Active Subscriber to MLSListings
Joining as a Head Appraiser:
- Must have an active license on the California BREA
Adding an Assistant Account:
Assistant accounts allow hired assistants access to specified accounts to be able to run searches, add listings etc. on behalf of an Agent, Broker, Appraiser, or Team.
- Assistant must be affiliated with the same office as the Agent(s)/Broker/Appraiser/Team they are assisting.
Creating a Team Account:
Team Accounts are a shared account by multiple agents.
Agents must be associated with the same office to be in the same team.
- Must have an active subscription to MLSListings to obtain a Team Account
- Must maintain a minimum of 2 Team members total.
